There are so many books on the market on the topic of benzodiazepine and Z drug dependence. It can be helpful to have a short review of the book to help you make your decision before buying a book. Having a book whilst going through the tough journey of tranquilliser or sleeping pill addiction can be invaluable in terms of confirmation, reassurance and understanding of what is happening to the sufferer. It can also be of use for family members and friends to read for them to better understand the nature of benzodiazepine addiction. This benzo book section is a brand new section so for now we have only one book reviewed but over time we hope to increase the number of books we review.
